Though the property doesn’t come with any allocated parking there is plenty of public parking found in the vicinity from which it’s just a short walk up to the property. Within walking distance you have several tapas bars, a pharmacy, school and sports centre plus the weekly street market held every Wednesday morning. The rest of the pueblo and beach is very easily accessible due to the local public transport which also stops very close to the property. To reach the main plaza of Mojacar a very handy lift was installed by the townhall to avoid the incline.
