What Is an Energy Efficiency Certificate?

The price can vary depending on who you instruct to have it done. The standard price is 100€ +IVA which equates to 121€. As of September 2023 there is an additional tax in Andalucia of 11.40€ bringing the total for the Enery Certificate to 132.40€ inc. IVA.

Can a Poor Rating Affect the Sale?
