Medimar Homes is a family run business setup in 2024 focusing on properties located on the coastline of the province of Almería, Andalucía. Our goal is to help both vendors and buyers realise their dream outcome with a no-nonsense approach to Real Estate.
ROBERT WARD HARRIS
Buenos días! My name is Robert Ward Harris and I’m the owner and founder of Medimar Homes.
I moved to Spain in 2005 with my family at the age of 16 and simply haven’t looked back. Since 2015, I have been involved in the real estate market working for a reknowned local company before setting up Medimar Homes. Moving to Spain at such a young age has allowed me to fully integrate into the Spanish way of life which was largly due to where we settled down. The province of Almeria still offers a slice of “Real Spain” and should you wish you can still integrate and immersive yourself with the local culture and traditions.
Now for some history. When we moved to Spain I was placed back into highschool again which enabled me to not only become a fluent Spanish speaker but it’s also where I met my wonderful wife Ani. We’ve been together ever since and now have two beautiful boys, Oliver and Santi.
In 2020 I took the final step of integration by obtaining my Spanish Nationality!

At Medimar Homes our approach to real estate is to be as connected as possible to our vendors and buyers. We understand that honesty and communication are absolutely key to a healthy working relationship so why should this be different when buying or selling a home?
We aim to please:
– From the day that we meet our vendors we make it absolutely clear that we’re here to present and advertise their home to the best of our ability. This will always include professional photography, 4K video tours, virtual 360º tours, drone shots where possible and promotional videos which will be shared as far and wide as possible using our extensive network of property portals as well as modern advertising techniques.
– Those looking to purchase through Medimar Homes can rest assured that we have collected all legal documentation from vendors before the property has even gone live. This documentation is then thoroughly checked over for any potential issues that could hold up a sale or even stop a sale dead in its tracks.
I’d like to think that our approach at Medimar Homes isn’t what you’re expecting. For too long the reputation of real estate agents in Spain (and in general) hasn’t been a favorable one and at a time where reputations are make or break at a whim it’s more important than ever to offer a 5-star service. Here you’ll find transparency, honesty and trust with no pressurising tactics to get a “quick sale”. Our goal is to create a lasting relationship with both buyers and vendors that goes beyond being just your agent in Spain.
