These single-storey villas include 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, set within private plots of over 238m². Each villa boasts a 6 x 3m swimming pool with colored lights and a waterfall, along with a terrace, garden, and a spacious solarium with pre-installation for a Jacuzzi and outdoor kitchen. For those needing extra space, a basement can be added at an additional cost.

Laguna Azul villas offer 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms across two floors, within private plots of over 230m². Like the Estrella model, these villas also feature a 6 x 3m swimming pool with colored lights and a waterfall, a terrace, garden, and a large solarium with pre-installation for a Jacuzzi and outdoor kitchen. A basement can be included if desired, for an additional cost.

The Vera Playa area is renowned for its unspoiled Blue Flag beaches and enjoys over 320 days of sunshine each year. Within a 2-minute drive, you’ll find two major supermarkets, while an abundance of bars, beach bars, and restaurants are scattered throughout the area, some just a short walk away.
